Globality of Languages for an Innovative Approach to Disabilities and Sport

Sport and Disabilities. By now we are used to combining these terms. It is literature, in fact, that sport is a valuable tool for social inclusion.

Under the guidance of Prof. Stefania Guerra Lisi – author and creator of the “Globality of Languages” method – Italy, Greece, Brazil, Slovenia and Turkey have worked on a New Model for the promotion and empowerment of people with disabilities in the field of sport.

The project explored the possibilities and ways to implement various therapeutic languages in a scalable and replicable model applied to the field of sport.
From Gamification to Volleyball, from Triathlon to Contact Sports, everything was networked and systemised.

A project co-funded by the European Union that wanted to shine a light on the different socio-environmental conditions in which disability is experienced. It is no coincidence that the partnership is so wide-ranging: from Slovenia to Turkey, from Greece to Italy and Brazil.
Innovation. This is the key word of the final event-conference of the project scheduled for 4 and 5 April at the Best Western Blu Hotel in Rome.

Two days of discussion and in-depth analysis on Skills, Sports & Disabilities, with a prestigious panel that includes, for example, Dr. Francesco Gabbrielli – Director of the National Centre for Telemedicine and New Assistive Technologies of the Istituto Superiore di Sanità; or Eng. Matteo Testi – CEO Deep Learning who will talk about the relationship between Artificial Intelligence, Sports and Disabilities.

A moment of synthesis in which the results of the international work will be presented and the joint work towards new innovative frontiers will be relaunched.
There will be time dedicated to the sector press and stakeholders.
